The idea of YAJNAA was conceived when Ms Bhardwaj was undertaking her Doctoral research survey across industry. She was appalled to witness lack of trust/motivation amongst corporate employees. They complained about neck breaking work pressures and stifling office politics at all levels. So Yajnaa was started in 2011. Yajnaa has forayed into HR consultancy, boardroom consultancy and delivering customised training solutions.
