Our mantra for success in training follows a step-wise systematic process. We tailor our offerings around these steps and consistently evolve, check and re-check to ensure that the end deliverables create significant value for the client.

The steps are:

Diagnosing target change areas (Needs assessment) The underlying idea is that our clients always know best. They are succinctly aware of their issues, their problems and gaps, their constraints and culture and also their needs and solutions. We provide assistance by listening closely, understanding and assessing.

As part of this assessment, we design effective solutions that help in ‘bridging gaps’ that is the disparity between what is and what could be given the limitless potential that human beings have, but might not utilize.


Preparing for change and designing (Designing of Training Intervention)

Tailored training is the core of our business. None of our two clients are exactly the same and neither is any problem-solution match identical. Our content and subject matter experts create for each workshop a customized agenda that focuses on the needs of the participants and are sensitive to the fact that workshop paradigms need to be modified and adapted.


Evaluating the current state (Pre-assessment)

Based on the gaps identified, we identify the desired behaviours and assess the participants through self, peer and manager. Feedback is collated through simple online/ paper-pencil behavioural assessment form.


Implementing the change (Delivering of the Training Session)

Our training delivery philosophy is age-old…’ Tell me, I’ll forget. Show me, I may remember. But involve me, I’ll understand and practice.’

Training for us at Team Results is a passion. Our interventions are an experience unto themselves. They are innovative, energetic and fun-riot.

However, there is a method to the madness. These interventions are systematically designed and delivered to diagnose and target specific performance-related habits and behaviours of the audience. Developed through years of experience and study, we employ an expedient methodology that is sensitive to the Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic preferences of the audience for improved classroom communication.


Ensuring that change materializes (Training Effectiveness Assurance and Measurement)

It is unconscionable on any trainer’s part to consider a workshop as a finished process without proactive evaluation, re-assessment and refresher courses.

Our trainers remain available for six-eight weeks post every workshop for e-mail/ telephonic consultation and assistance to help the participants tied over implementation challenges.

The Team Results-client relationship is of a continuous nature and we utilize Donald Kirkpatrick’s (1979) widely referenced model for analyzing multilevel effectiveness of our training programmes.

To this effect, we repeat the same behavioural assessment that was used during pre-assessment. However, this time, only the participant and his/ her manager’s contributions are sought.
